MAST Workplace Trainer Certificate

The Workplace Trainer Certificate is a practical online course designed to help company and workplace trainers strengthen their coaching and mentoring skills, supporting apprentices to progress and successfully complete their training. 

This short online course takes less than an hour to complete and, on completion, you become a certified MAST Workplace Trainer.

The online module covers:

• The value of a strong training culture

• The three stages of training and their benefits

• Supporting learners who require additional support

• Learner assessments and how to verify them
