Employed in an industry-appropriate workplace with a workplace trainer

NCEA Level 2, or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge or skill

Legal ability to study in NZ (passport, driver’s license, and/or immigration status will need to be verified)

Minimum of 16 years of age
English language requirements
If your first language is not English, you must provide one of the following:

Proof that you completed at least five years of secondary school in a country where English was the main language of teaching.

Proof that you successfully completed a vocational certificate or diploma that was taught in English.

An IELTS test result with an overall score of 5.0 or higher, or an equivalent English test result.

Train in the workplace with support from MAST Academy assessors, your employer and your school (if applicable).
