We offer three courses for leadership and business improvement: Learning to Lead, Introduction to Productivity and Productivity Excellence.

Our facilitators bring a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience to these engaging courses – focusing on leadership, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Using a combination of short workshop sessions and on-the-job coaching, learning is applied to practical situations and real world examples – providing realistic, interactive training that inspires action.

Delivered on-site at your business or at MAST Academy, each course is workshop-based and leads to a recognised New Zealand Certificate qualifications.
