The Learning to lead six month programme develops current and emerging leaders, strengthening communication, team performance and workplace productivity.

Course Objectives

Participants will:

• Build confidence as an effective communicator and leader

• Learn how to adapt leadership styles to positively influence team performance

• Develop SMART goals, objectives, and continuous improvement skills

• Explore their personal DiSC personality and behavioural profile

A key feature of the programme is the Improvement Project, which applies learning directly in the workplace through collaboration with stakeholders, the implementation of improvements and the presentation of results.

• Understand Leadership Behaviours: Learn how to adapt leadership styles to influence team performance and communicate effectively.

• Set SMART Goals: Develop specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound goals to drive team and organisational success.

• Apply problem solving tool to identity and address challenges effectively.

• Enhance Time Management: Recognise and overcome the causes of poor time management with practical strategies and tools.

• Measure Results: Use data and objectives to evaluate performance and ensure continuous improvement.

• Exchange Ideas Confidently: Build skills to share thoughts, ideas, and information professionally and persuasively.
