Train strong leaders to build effective teams
Develop your leadership capabilities and empower your teams with our Learning to Lead course.
The Learning to lead six month programme develops current and emerging leaders, strengthening communication, team performance and workplace productivity.
Course Objectives
Participants will:
Build confidence as an effective communicator and leader
Learn how to adapt leadership styles to positively influence team performance
Develop SMART goals, objectives, and continuous improvement skills
Explore their personal DiSC personality and behavioural profile
A key feature of the programme is the Improvement Project, which applies learning directly in the workplace through collaboration with stakeholders, the implementation of improvements and the presentation of results.
Key Learning Outcomes
Participants will:
Understand Leadership Behaviours: Learn how to adapt leadership styles to influence team performance and communicate effectively.
Set SMART Goals: Develop specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound goals to drive team and organisational success.
Apply problem solving tool to identity and address challenges effectively.
Enhance Time Management: Recognise and overcome the causes of poor time management with practical strategies and tools.
Measure Results: Use data and objectives to evaluate performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Exchange Ideas Confidently: Build skills to share thoughts, ideas, and information professionally and persuasively.
Ideal for current and aspiring team leaders, this course develops leadership skills, boosts team performance and drives workplace improvements.
