This dynamic 12-month programme empowers managers and team leaders to effectively drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, develop a culture of excellence and operational efficiency within your organisation.


Course Objectives

Participants will learn how to:

  • Lead an engaged Continuous Improvement team that delivers tangible results.

  • Run productive toolbox meetings that inspire collaboration and accountability.

  • Lead impactful waste reduction initiatives and process mapping exercises.

  • Implement and sustain 5S principles to improve workplace organisation

  • Guide the development of standardised processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to address challenges effectively.

  • Monitor and manage quality to maintain continuous progress and improvement.

This course equips managers and team leaders with the skills and tools to lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive operational efficiency and align team efforts with organisational goals through practical, expert-led learning.
