The MAST Academy
Skills for Success Programme
Together with Dale Carnegie, Mast Academy NZ has developed the Skills for Success Leadership Programme for our workplace trainers, fore people, supervisors, first line managers, leaders and potential leaders.
We are aiming to build leadership skills within our industry, while also providing great ROI for our industry employers. This is an immersive programme that requires the employer to participate initially - and then to support the employee as they continue through the programme. The employee is expected to be committed and to participate in all sessions.
This is a ‘value add’ programme from MAST Academy for the entire industry. Employers will see value in their investment from the programme, with employees gaining both knowledge and confidence as leaders in the workplace, as well as positively representing your business and your business culture into the future.
We also the outcomes of the programme will include increased retention, improved internal staff culture and potentially increased productivity. We also expect that participants will be able to better support their apprentices and teams to lift credit achievements and completions for learners - as well as increasing productivity, morale and general staff retention.
The MAST Academy Skills for Success Leadership Programme would greatly benefit all workplace trainers, previous apprentice of the year winners, supervisors, fore people or up and coming business leaders.
NOTE: The programme is not NZQA but the skills and value surpass most NZQA programmes.
