Marine Systems Engineering - Apprenticeship
The aim of this programme is to provide the marine industry with people who have knowledge and skills of marine systems engineering, who are able to install engineering systems.
Graduates will have the specialised knowledge and skills of the componentry aspects of system engineering in the marine industry.
Modules within this programme include: Workplace Health and Safety, Sustainability, Materials, You and Your Team, Your Tools and Equipment, Your Calculations, System Installation, Marine Systems Engineering Technical Skills, Drawings, and Service & Repair.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Legal eligibility to study in NZ (immigration status verified). Employed in a marine environment. Minimum of 16 years of age. English language requirements.
COURSE FEES
Cost (2024) - $1,260 + GST
Starting 01 January 2024, the annual programme fee is $1,260 + GST multiplied by the number of years duration. This includes learning resources, assessment, and support fee.
Block course (optional) fees $1,400 (+ GST) per course. (2 block courses during the programme).
