Team Leader - Certificate

This certificate recognises the skills and knowledge of people who are team leaders, or who are seeking to be one in the marine or composites industry. Also those who are experienced team leaders who wish to have their skills recognised.

This is for people who are self-starters and are able to work independently completing assessments using team leader evidence form the workplace and the evaluation of workplace practices.  Suitable for qualified tradespeople already working as team leaders to formally recognise their leadership skill, or an experienced tradesman and team leader who now wishes to gain recognition for their leadership skills.

Modules within this programme include: managing interpersonal conflict, supervise operations, apply problem solving techniques, apply time management methods, apply team building skills, leading a team, and strategies for positive workplace relationships.
